• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Maintain PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230; onsite 20+ hours/week; weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building trust.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience, driving long-term relationships.
• Engage in local marketing efforts and grow TurboTax client base.
