Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building trust with customers in a community setting.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll help clients navigate complex tax situations, grow the local TurboTax client base, and deliver an outstanding in-person customer experience through friendly service and deep product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays–Saturdays, for 20+ hours/week; hours may scale up.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally, engaging with new prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with tax planning to maximize refunds and provide guidance using TurboTax resources.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
