Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while building a local client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must hold PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds and offer future planning advice.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and a client-focused mindset.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and participate in local marketing with TurboTax support.
