Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while engaging with the community to grow the client base.

The role requires on-site work, strong tax knowledge, and a customer-focused approach to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.
