Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships.

You will lead community outreach, grow the TurboTax client base, and help customers achieve financial goals through personalized service and local marketing efforts. This is a front‑line, on‑site role with a strong emphasis on customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan future tax strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long‑term client relationships.
• Leverage TurboTax tools and community resources to support clients.
