Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve in-person customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, building strong client relationships while supporting local marketing initiatives.

The role is onsite, non-exempt, and requires at least 20 hours per week with weekend availability. You’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering excellent service and community impact.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers.
• Assist with tax planning, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Engage with local marketing and grow TurboTax client base.
• Utilize TurboTax tools and CRM to service clients effectively.
