Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at retail or flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software/product support in person, helping clients navigate complex tax situations.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base through community engagement and collaboration with marketing support, while delivering a trusted, high-value customer experience that fosters lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 tax returns filed per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and growing the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for diverse tax scenarios.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
