Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in-person, acting as a trusted advisor in a community setting.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base locally, in partnership with marketing support, and help build long-term relationships while maintaining a professional front-facing presence in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships with clients in-person and via digital tools.
