Job summary

Intuit is seeking diligent TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation and provide personalized tax advice for in-person customers, leveraging TurboTax software and marketing support to grow the local client base.

You will represent TurboTax in the community, build long-term relationships, and engage with customers through in-person and video tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax professional license (EA, CPA, or attorney) with tax prep experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and act as the public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and marketing support.
