Intuit seeks highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a trusted advisor, you will connect with customers, collaborate with marketing efforts, and represent TurboTax in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building local/online community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.
