Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will deliver full tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in a welcoming, community-focused setting, building lasting client relationships. You will engage with prospects, drive local marketing efforts, and help grow TurboTax’s presence while ensuring excellent customer service and accurate, personalized tax solutions.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold/state licenses or be able to obtain them.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax preparation and advice at a TurboTax Retail location.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build local client relationships.
• Work onsite Sunday through Saturday for at least 20 hours weekly.
