Intuit, Inc. is seeking personable TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. The role emphasizes community engagement, marketing collaboration, and helping taxpayers navigate their returns with confidence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to develop a client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
