Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will assist in-person customers with tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, delivering personalized service and empowering clients to achieve financial goals.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, engage with prospects, and leverage marketing support to build a thriving community presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail location, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador and face of TurboTax in the local community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
