Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, serving as a trusted advisor in your community.

You will help grow TurboTax’s client base through local outreach, marketing collaboration, and building lasting relationships, while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 1040s with tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Offer tax advice, calculations, and software/product support.
• Serve as a community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and foster relationships.
