Intuit seeks motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States, serving in-person customers with tax preparation and software support.

You will grow the local client base, provide personalized tax guidance, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while representing Intuit in the community and adhering to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license for tax filing.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax advisory practices.

Responsibilities

• Be the local TurboTax ambassador, representing TurboTax in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
• Assist in local marketing efforts and growth of the client base.
