Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and coordinate with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You'll build local relationships, drive new client acquisition, and participate in community events. The role emphasizes client-first service, education, and growth of the local TurboTax client base.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040s (30+ returns per season) using professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Complete required training and cross-training as needed.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and allow use of name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage clients in person and via TurboTax tools, addressing tax questions and planning.
