Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at one of our TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support for personal and business tax needs.

You will also drive local growth, build relationships, and partner with teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit services. This role emphasizes community engagement and year-round client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional tax prep software, familiar with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax office for at least 20 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time
• Willing to complete required training and development as determined by the business, including compliance and cross-training
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Assist clients with simple to complex tax situations and planning
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and partnerships
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service
• Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences
