Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full‑service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support clients with complex scenarios while collaborating with a team of specialists.

This role emphasizes growing the local client base, building long‑term relationships, and driving adoption of Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. Onsite presence is required.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, for 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - grow local client base and participate in events.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build Relationships - develop long-term trust with clients.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure high-quality service in person and virtually.
