Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as year-round Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform on-site tax return preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and work with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service. You’ll help grow the TurboTax client base in your local community, build lasting relationships, and use TurboTax tools to offer comprehensive tax solutions, from simple filings

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 1040s with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite availability 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear company uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Collaborate with specialists to address simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for the future.
• Engage with the local community through outreach and events.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and professional service.
