Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while coordinating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience, with a focus on building lasting client relationships and financial wellbeing.

Competenze

• Must have EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week min, 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri.
• Must complete all required training and development.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Be the local face of TurboTax, building a base of local clients through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
