Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax return preparation, and play a pivotal role in connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will build local relationships, grow the client base, and collaborate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning specialists to deliver an end-to-end TurboTax experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA preferred with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds.
• Build local client relationships and grow the TurboTax client base in the community.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams for end-to-end service.
