Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax return preparation, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem of services, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You will build relationships in the local community, drive client growth, and deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience for both in-person and virtual customers using TurboTax tools and

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation (1040s) using professional software.
• Willingness to upsell into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office in the United States, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, etc.).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
