Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation and provide expert tax guidance while partnering with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. Qualifications

• Must hold EA/CPA or be a practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of preparing 1040 returns for individual taxpayers.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and events.
• Collaborate with specialists to connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience onsite and virtually.
