Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, perform full-service tax return preparation, and collaborate with specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will help grow the local client base, participate in community initiatives, and work onsite with a team of financial experts to support clients across personal, business, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years' paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location in the U.S., 8:00–17:00 M–F, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; emphasis on local community growth.
• Holistic tax advisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist clients with personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in meetings and reviews.
