Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will help grow the local TurboTax client base, foster loyalty, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience by understanding clients' complete financial pictures and

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and broad tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Open to upskilling into additional services with company training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to train and develop; uniforms and name usage for advertising possible.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; advisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client preparation for simple to complex tax situations.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximise deductions and refunds.
• Collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Build deep understanding of client finances to connect them with Intuit ecosystem solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences in-person and via digital tools.
