Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in the United States. On-site at a TurboTax location, you will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients.

You will work closely with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Proficient with professional tax software and government resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in person and virtually.
