Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will perform in-person and virtual tax preparations, provide expert guidance, and help clients navigate complex financial situations with Intuit’s ecosystem.

You will work onsite, engage with the community, and build lasting client relationships while delivering a best-in-class customer experience using TurboTax tools and resources.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients achieve financial goals.
