Intuit Inc. seeks motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while connecting clients to Intuit’s broader services.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role emphasizes a personal, consultative approach and year-round community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN is required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years with 30+ federal/state 1040 returns filed per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training from Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, ~20 hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Act as a bridge between clients and Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver end-to-end customer experience with understanding of client financials.
• Represent TurboTax in local communities and drive loyalty.
