Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert team in new TurboTax locations.

This role is on-site, focused on full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support for in-person and virtual clients. You will collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience, building local relationships and growing the client base.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent or CPA with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
