Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, in-person and virtual client support, and guidance across the Intuit ecosystem to deliver a seamless client experience. As a local service expert, you’ll grow your client base through community engagement, partner with a team of specialists, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season with tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to build a client base and relationships.
• Guide clients through Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services) for year-round support.
• Develop relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and virtually.
