Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a local TurboTax location across the United States. The role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, in-person and virtual client support, and collaboration with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

As a community ambassador, you will grow the local client base, engage with prospects, organize financial literacy events, and drive brand awareness.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep expertise and laws knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hrs/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as required.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in promotional materials.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex cases.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions in bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and drive client loyalty.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service.
