Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, providing in-person and virtual tax services at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid IRS/State tax return filing experience using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• onsite hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Facilitate tax discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships, with marketing support.
