Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax expertise and full-range tax support at a local TurboTax location. You will work with a team to serve in-person and virtual clients, coordinating with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and build lasting client relationships.

The role emphasizes community engagement, local client growth, and leveraging Intuit resources to guide clients through complex personal and business tax scenarios.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 1040 tax returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location for 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and act as a community ambassador.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to cover business, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with personalized guidance.
• Engage clients in-person and virtually using Intuit tools and resources.
