Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a TurboTax location across the United States. This onsite role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, providing expert tax advice and software support, while connecting clients with a broader team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing local TurboTax client base and organizing events.
• Connect clients to complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Build long-term relationships through trust, education, and proactive service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
