Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Experts at a new TurboTax location in the United States. This on-site role blends tax expertise with community engagement, serving both in-person and virtual clients.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, and help grow the local client base through outreach and events.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny credentials and tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for clients.
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
