Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists to deliver an end-to-end client experience.

As a community ambassador, you’ll grow your local client base, organize events, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite availability 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and wear company uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
• Develop relationships to encourage long-term client loyalty.
• Assist clients with deductions, amendments, and planning.
