Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a local TurboTax location, delivering tax preparation, advice, and software support. You will collaborate with experts across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver an integrated client experience.

You will grow the local client base, lead community engagements, and help clients achieve financial outcomes with Intuit resources.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training.
• Comfortable onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and development, cross-training may occur.
• Willing to wear uniforms and use name/photo for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex cases.
• Lead local outreach to grow the customer base and partnerships in the community.
• Connect clients toIntuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure end-to-end service.
