Job summary

Intuit is seeking self-motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

As a local ambassador, you will grow the client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, building lasting relationships and driving community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Develop local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to grow TurboTax presence.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via video tools.
