Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. These onsite roles combine tax expertise, community engagement, and a local entrepreneurial mindset to deliver end-to-end tax services at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation for in-person and virtual clients, connect customers with a broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning), and actively grow the local TurboTax

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA or attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising.
• Interest in building local/online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Lead local growth, outreach, and community events to build a local client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
