Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA seeks a Supervisor I - Training to lead CMO training operations, onboarding, content creation, and documentation across shifts. You will ensure cGMP, GDP, and safety training, develop SOPs, and support audits while guiding a team of training staff.

The role calls for 4 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing/training or related leadership experience and strong Microsoft Office skills. On-site, daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• 4 years pharmaceutical manufacturing/training/communications or related leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise training operations including onboarding, curricula ownership, content creation, and training compliance across shifts.
• Review and update training documentation for CMO manufacturing areas.
• Provide cGMP, GDP, job task, and safety training for personnel in SVP areas; coordinate with shift SMEs.
• Generate, update and maintain area SOPs; ensure compliance through observation, training and auditing.
• Supervise hourly employee performance; ensure SOP, cGMP, and safety compliance.
• Perform deviation investigations and implement corrective actions; initiate CAPAs and change controls.
• Order production supplies and equipment for training.
• Prepare training compliance reports and data sets.
• Interview new employees; provide coaching and evaluations; set objectives.
• Interact with supporting departments to resolve training problems promptly.
