Phoenix Staff in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist II for onsite contract work. You will provide advanced desktop, hardware, and application support to users onsite and remote, serve as escalation for Level I, and assist with imaging and deployments.
The role covers OS installs, Office 365, AD, VPN, and basic network issues, with opportunities to contribute to IT projects and asset management. Strong communication and documentation are essential.

- Familiarity with imaging tools and workstation deployments.
