Job summary

Inspire Communities seeks an IT Support Analyst II for the Phoenix Office, reporting to the Director of IT Operations. You will provide desktop, device, and application support, engaging employees across locations via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues.

Expect a proactive customer-service mindset and collaboration with staff, vendors, and security teams. The role emphasizes on-site work, security-focused operations, and continuous improvement through automation and integration.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and strong communication

Responsibilities

• Provide daily internal IT support across core systems
• Manage hardware assets including PCs, mobile devices, printers, Wi‑Fi
• Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and business apps
• Enforce security protocols and respond to threats with partners
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work
• Require on-site presence at Phoenix corporate office 4 days/week (occasional travel <=10%)
