Job summary

InVeris in Suwanee, GA is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide dependable Tier 1–2 support for Microsoft environments and end-user devices. This 100% onsite role at the Alpharetta office (with occasional Duluth visits) is contract-to-hire and focuses on keeping daily operations running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage AD, Office 365, and deploy Windows Server 2019 VMs, Defender, and WSUS.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience as a front-line IT support person.
• Experience supporting Microsoft environments and end-user devices.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 IT support to end users onsite at Alpharetta and occasional Duluth visits.
• Administer Active Directory and Office 365 environments.
• Deploy and configure Windows Server 2019 virtual machines.
• Manage security tooling such as Windows Defender and WSUS.
