Job summary

An established fire protection and life safety organization in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Tier 2 Help Desk Technician for on-site work. You will support a Windows and VMware-based infrastructure for a 350-user environment, handling day-to-day systems administration, end-user support, account management, and infrastructure maintenance.

You will collaborate with IT leadership supporting Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SCCM, VPN connectivity, hardware deployments, and desktop support

Qualifications

• Experience administering Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Hands-on experience with Office 365.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and SCCM.
• Troubleshooting firewall environments and VPN connectivity.
• Desktop support and imaging Windows devices.
• Knowledge of Exchange in hybrid Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure.
• Provide desktop support and endpoint management.
• Support network, VPN, and firewall operations.
• Oversee VMware operations and systems administration.
