Job summary

Setechnical in Buford, GA is seeking a Tier 2/3 IT technician to own escalated tickets, build and deploy systems, and guide client IT projects from planning to completion. This on-site/hybrid full-time role offers real responsibility and autonomy in a team that values practical, hands-on expertise.

You will work with Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, RMM/PSA tools, firewall setups, backups, and PowerShell, with opportunities to grow into more advanced cloud and security tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Tier 2/3 IT support or equivalent
• Experience building and deploying systems
• Proficient with Windows Server and AD/Security
• Familiar with RMM/PSA tools and firewall/VPN setup
• Scripting in PowerShell preferred

Responsibilities

• Own escalated tickets from Tier 1
• Build and deploy systems, troubleshoot edge cases
• Manage projects: cloud migrations, network upgrades, security rollouts
• Document work as you go
• Interact with clients and shape IT standards
