Job summary

RTX, a world leader in aerospace and defense, is seeking a CCM Test Engineer in Andover, MA. You will support RF, IF, Microwave, Analog and Digital hardware testing for missile programs and collaborate with Operations, Product Design, Test Development and Manufacturing Engineering.

You will interpret test requirements, develop procedures, document tests, and analyze data to drive root cause while contributing to first-pass yield improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• 3 years of hardware testing experience.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Support RF, IF, Microwave, Analog and Digital hardware test activities for missile programs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product Design, Test Development and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Interpret test requirements, develop procedures and document test practices.
• Analyze data to drive issues to root cause.
• Generate Change Requests on technical issues related to production test.
• Develop and execute improvement projects to increase first-pass yield.
• Ensure hardware requirements are met and processes are followed.
• Assist manufacturing operators in testing and troubleshooting production hardware.
• Support production testing on multiple functional test platforms.
