Zusammenfassung

ViaPath is seeking a Telecommunication Technician 3 (Site Admin Technician 3) to join the Field Services team in the Pahrump, NV area. The role involves remedial repairs, preventive maintenance, and ensuring system reliability across an assigned territory with travel to additional sites.

The candidate will act as a customer-facing ambassador, perform hardware replacements, wiring, and basic diagnostics while coordinating with support teams.

Qualifikationen

Proficient with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
Experience in telephony and networking, copper/fiber wiring.
Ability to troubleshoot problems, gather data, and draw conclusions.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites.

Aufgaben

Serve as ambassador for ViaPath at customer sites with a focus on service excellence.
Maintain service of ViaPath products at customer sites and assist customers as needed.
Plan and prioritize assigned service calls; communicate updates.
Escalate issues when appropriate and coordinate with Technical Support.
