Job summary

ViaPath Technologies seeks a Telecommunication Technician 3 (Site Admin Technician 3) to join the Field Services team in Henderson, KY. You will provide remedial repair, preventive maintenance, and system reliability services at customer sites, with travel to additional sites as needed.

You will handle telephony hardware, networking components, and kiosk service while maintaining high service standards and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Windows OS, MS Office, and related software.
• Proficient with telephony and networking including copper, CAT5/6, and fiber.
• Knowledge of wiring color codes and data cabling fabrication.
• Must be able to travel to various customer sites; driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide remedial repair, preventive maintenance, and system reliability services at customer sites.
• Serve as ambassador for ViaPath and uphold service excellence.
• Plan and prioritize service calls; communicate updates to customers.
• Escalate issues when appropriate and coordinate with Technical Support.
• Replace telephony hardware and network components; pull cable and install devices.
• Administer kiosk service and collections and handle deposits as needed.
