Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Technology Field Services Technician to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and networks to support Regions associates. The role requires hands-on IT hardware/software work, incident resolution, and collaboration across facilities and business units.

You will travel as needed, handle ticketing and asset inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement while adhering to risk and cybersecurity practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 years experience with computers, printers, peripherals, network hardware, software, firmware, and OS.
• Ability to image/deploy, repair, or support apps in the Mac environment.
• Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Installs computer hardware, software, printers, scanners, and other end user peripherals.
• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and remediates hardware and software issues.
• Coordinates warranty repairs, replacements, and returns with manufacturers.
• Supports core network infrastructure including switches, routers, patch panels, and cabling.
• Records, updates, and documents tickets in IT ticketing systems.
• Maintains accurate inventory of computer assets throughout the lifecycle.
• Provides training and technical assistance to users.
• Travels as necessary and ensures compliance with risk management and cybersecurity practices.
