Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Technology Field Services Technician responsible for configuration, installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, printers, networks, and telecom systems to support all associates.

You will install hardware/software, diagnose issues, coordinate warranty repairs, support core network infrastructure, document tickets, maintain inventory, and provide user training.

Qualifications

• Six years experience working with computers, printers, peripherals, network hardware, software, firmware, and operating systems.
• A+ certification preferred.
• Familiarity with VoIP, PBX equipment and telecom cabling.

Responsibilities

• Installs computer hardware, software, printers, scanners and other end-user peripherals.
• Troubleshoots and remediates hardware and software issues in the computing environment.
• Coordinates warranty repairs, replacements, and returns with manufacturers.
• Supports core network infrastructure including switches, routers, patch panels and cabling.
• Maintains accurate inventory of computer assets and documents tickets in IT systems.
